Business reviews and success plan update

The Success Managers will conduct regular reviews to assess your progress toward your goals. These reviews are scheduled quarterly or yearly, depending on your needs and the complexity of your Success Plan. During these sessions, the team will evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies, compare Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with defined target values, and discuss any challenges. Actionable strategies will be developed to improve performance, and measurable KPI for the upcoming period will be defined or updated. The Success Plan will also be updated to reflect any new business priorities, changes in your environment, or advancements in your solutions. Additionally, technology solutions will be assessed to ensure alignment with business expectations and enhance employee experience. This ongoing process ensures that the plan remains relevant and continues to drive value, keeping the customer on track to meet their KPI and achieve their broader business goals.

Updated Success Plan Document

KPI Comparison Report:

  • Generate a report comparing current KPI with target values outlined in the Success Plan.
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Action Plan for KPI Improvement:
Develop a strategic action plan to address any discrepancies between current performance and target KPI.

Measurable KPI Definitions:
Define or update measurable KPI for the upcoming period, ensuring they are aligned with business goals.

Technology Alignment Assesment:

  • Conduct an assesment to ensure that technology solutions meet business expectations and enhance employee experience.
  • Provide recommendations for any necessary adjustments.

Stakeholder Review Meetings:

  • Schedule regular meetings with stakeholders to review the Success Plan, KPI performance, and technology alignment.
  • Check the progress of the agreed actions and their impact on the business value
  • Organize a quarterly or yearly customer workshop with the customer’s Success Plan owners

Documentation of Changes:
Maintain a log of all updates and changes to the Success Plan and KPI for transparency and accountability.
